Ms. Stephanie Díaz joins Carmona Law as an intern since May 2017. Ms. Díaz was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras Campus and her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico-School of Law.
During law school, Ms. Díaz was part of the Summer Exchange Program in the University of Barcelona-School of Law where she completed a law course on International Law and worked as an intern with the law firm Gay-Vendrell Advocats. She also worked with the Puerto Rico Civil Rights Commission, an organization that has the task of educating, promoting and ensuring that the civil and human rights of the people are being protected. Ms. Díaz was also actively involved in the Pro Bono Justice in Health, the National Law Students Association and the National Women Law Students Organization and completed the Legal Aid Clinic in criminal law.
